Hailing from the West Midlands, and with a degree in spatial design from Chelsea College of Art and a master's in sculpture from Royal College of Art under his belt, Jobe Burns takes the best from the worlds of art and spatial design.
Jobe’s sculptural practice is the beating heart of all of his work – and was also the spark behind his rapid-fire career trajectory. Quickly in demand after the success of a sculpture show in 2019, his portfolio of concept designs, installations and pavilions soon landed him the prestigious renovation of a 300-year-old farmhouse, morphing into a five-year project requiring thoughtful attention to material, space and context.
An artistically minded designer on the rise, he’s also teamed up with Samuel Ross to launch the Brutalist-inspired design label Concrete Objects, and creates furniture and domestic objects for the human-centred design company ORBE.
Charmed by his undeniable creative energy, Team Zetteler is working with Jobe on his first ever PR campaign, excited to connect him with our network of journalists, editors and industry peers.
