LAGO Collective

LAGO Collective is a growing community of creatives and researchers changing the narrative on the global movement of people, working creatively to redefine traditional approaches to policymaking. Their mission is to highlight the value – and beauty – of movement, celebrating the circulation of ideas, talent and cultures.

Founder Marta Foresti built her career leading research and policy organisations such as global affairs think tank ODI, the Italian Treasury, and Save the Children UK's Evaluation and Research Unit. She is currently Senior Adviser at the Moleskine Foundation and Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and ODI.

To deliver its ambitious mission, LAGO Collective develops innovative projects with creative thinkers, researchers and policymakers, tackling large-scale questions of urbanisation and migration, technology and climate change. Its work brings together diverse perspectives and disparate communities, blending creativity with collaboration and reimagining complex data to challenge conventional narratives.

When the chance arose to partner up to push back against anti-migrant attitudes, we jumped at a moment's notice. We’ll be promoting LAGO’s latest projects and supporting Marta as a thought leader.
